From 2016 to 2020 Tricentis India scaled from 1 business functions to 20. Growing team size from 3 to 160.

The scaling journey was led by Vaibhav (the first hire) and Kapil (the third), under the guidance of their mentor, Wolfgang. Together, they didn’t just scale a team — they developed an approach.

That approach became the seed for something bigger. In 2024, it evolved into Sarvārth — and what we now call Scaling as a Service.

Very early on, the founder Wolfgang Platz during his initial visits, along with the foundational team of three, noticed a powerful setup in India – what we now call the Triangulation Effect:
